Key Responsibilities
- Respond to international customer queries through calls, emails, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and basic Level 2 technical issues
- Provide support for PCs, laptops, software, and hardware problems
- Troubleshoot VPN, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, and Outlook configuration
- Offer after-hours assistance when required
Candidate Requirements
- Fresh graduates with strong verbal English communication are encouraged to apply
- Professionals with 6 months to 5 years of experience in technical voice support will be preferred
- Solid understanding of hardware/software troubleshooting
- Must be willing to work night shifts and from office
- Only immediate joiners will be considered
