🛠️ Your Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end generative AI solutions focusing on LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI workflows.
- Develop ML models for efficient silicon lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with DFX and VLSI teams to address chip design challenges using AI.
- Contribute to AI technology evolution through continuous feedback.
- Integrate Agentic AI workflows into engineering processes.
- Define data strategy for next-gen AI use cases.
- Mentor junior engineers in design, quality, and cost trade-offs.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience with applied ML in chip design environments.
- Practical experience deploying AI models in engineering workflows.
- Deep understanding of DFT fundamentals such as ATPG, scan, RTL, STA, and PnR.
- Hands-on skills in scripting/programming (Python, Perl, C++, TCL).
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication abilities.
- Enthusiasm to innovate and tackle complex engineering problems with AI.
