Role Description
In this role, you will support Amazon’s supply chain network by managing the transportation process for incoming and outgoing shipments. You will communicate with various partners like vendors, carriers, and internal teams to make sure goods are moved on time and issues are handled efficiently.
Main Duties:
- Monitor and coordinate freight movement between vendors, fulfillment centers, and carriers.
- Use internal tools and systems to track logistics performance.
- Analyze data, identify patterns, and support process improvements.
- Create regular reports and summaries based on operations performance.
- Solve problems quickly to minimize delivery delays and ensure a great customer experience.
- Participate in operations that run around the clock in rotating shifts.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Clear and professional communication in English (written and verbal).
- Capable of analyzing issues and working with data tools like Excel or SQL.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with computer applications such as MS Word, Outlook, and web navigation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
