Job Description
This role at Amazon supports internal Fulfillment Technologies and Robotics teams by enabling automation through real-time and offline data auditing. The main objective is to help maintain inventory accuracy at Amazon’s Robotics Fulfillment Centers by auditing short video clips showing stowing actions (placing products in bins).
You will:
- Review short videos (15–20 seconds) of stowing activities
- Use internal tools to verify or mark product locations
- Combine human judgment and attention to detail to ensure correct data labeling
- Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where accuracy and productivity are equally important
Key Responsibilities
- Watch and audit hundreds of videos per shift
- Accurately verify or label product stowing activities
- Follow strict SOPs and business guidelines
- Adhere to daily targets for accuracy and speed
- Ensure 6.8 to 7 hours of productive screen time during a 9-hour shift
- Maintain data security and confidentiality when working remotely
- Attend virtual meetings with camera ON
- Be prepared for occasional on-site attendance
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Willing to take on a non-tech, repetitive task-oriented role for 6 months
- Excellent visual focus, even with blurry or unclear footage
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Capable of working independently and as part of a remote team
- Fast learner with a consistent track record in meeting goals
- Dedicated workspace setup (desk, chair, good lighting) if working from home
Work Schedule
- 9-hour shift per day (with scheduled breaks)
- 5 working days/week with 2 consecutive rotational days off
- Shifts change every 3–4 months or based on business needs
- Night shift allowance is applicable as per Amazon policy
About the Team
The GO-AI Data Auditing Operations team supports Amazon’s fulfillment centers by reviewing brief video footage of item stowing. Human audit support helps enhance automation and reduce errors in item tracking, playing a vital role in keeping fulfillment center operations smooth and accurate.
