Job Location:

Role: Analyst Trainee

Job Responsibilities:
- IT & Integrated Smart Operations:
- Perform CRUD operations and write stored procedures.
- Run and analyze tests (manual & automated).
- Troubleshoot tickets and bugs using ITSM tools.
- Utilize data analytics tools for insights.
- Drive innovation within projects.
Multicloud Services:
- Monitor and manage cloud & IT infrastructure.
- Follow SOPs, runbooks, and comply with security protocols.
- Engage in incident resolution and proactive improvements.
Digital Workplace Services:
- Offer first-level technical support.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
- Maintain documentation and ticket logs.
- Ensure excellent client communication and support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation Year: 2023 or 2024
- Degree Required: 3-year full-time degree (BSc/BCA) in IT, CS, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Stats, Electronics, or related streams.
- Academic Performance:
- IT & Smart Ops: Minimum 60% in X, XII, UG (No rounding off).
- Multicloud & DWS: Minimum 50% in X, XII, UG (No rounding off).
- No standing arrears allowed.
- Open to Indian nationals/OCIs residing in India.
Important Notes:
- If selected, you will be hired as a Fresher, regardless of previous internships.
- The exact salary package will be disclosed during further stages of the hiring process.
- Night shift allowance and cab facility will be provided.
- Candidates must be open to working in 24/7 shifts and office-based roles.
