🔍 Role Description
As a Learning Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end learning and training logistics for Deloitte’s offshore clients. Your core focus will be to provide administrative support, manage backend operations, and maintain stakeholder communication with accuracy and timeliness.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and system-based support for training processes.
- Accurately handle data entry and maintain learning systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and team members.
- Perform quality checks to ensure error-free task completion.
- Own and manage assigned responsibilities with accountability.
- Collaborate on firm-wide and team initiatives.
- Maintain time management and prioritize tasks effectively.
